If you want to return an order, please fill out the Returns form at http://store.mynikonlife.com.au/returns. Once your submission has been received, our customer service team will contact you to organise a time and location to pick up the goods.
All goods to be assessed must be accompanied by proof of purchase from Nikon, such as a receipt. Please also include all original box contents, including any batteries, cords, cables or instruction books.

The repair or replacement of products by Nikon may result in loss of data. Customers are responsible for creating a back-up of any data stored on a product before that product is returned to Nikon.
